BetCred's Terms and Conditions

BetCred is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated under the domain betcred.app. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between BetCred and each member who uses its platform.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

Before placing a bet on BetCred, review the rules and odds for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Odds Changes: BetCred reserves the right to update odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final — any subsequent changes will not affect your placed bet.

• Bets placed before a match begins are called "pre-match bets," while bets placed during a match are called "live bets."
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with BetCred's established policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BetCred reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum varies by market.
• Betting through multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system in any way is strictly prohibited.

BetCred offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free bets. The specific terms for each bonus are communicated before the bonus is claimed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of wagers must be placed (typically 5x to 20x). This requirement is detailed in each bonus's terms.
• Validity: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, BetCred may forfeit the bonus.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• BetCred reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

BetCred supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals are fully secure and encrypted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Platinum members receive priority processing.
